Updated for 2010! The LEKI Wanderfreund telescoping travel cane is designed to provide mobility support and increase balance for simple hikes and around-town touring. With a collapsed length of only 23.2 inches, the Wanderfreund is an ideal travel companion for journeys at home or abroad. LEKI's rubberized Aergomed grip is lightweight, strong and comfortable. This textured grip can be used in a traditional cane-style or, when the Wanderfreund Antishock is extended to its maximum 47.2 inches, as an actual walking staff. LEKI's Super Lock System (SLS) takes advantage of wide thread patterns and steep-angled lock adjustments to provide greater security than is found on most telescoping canes.
